Research and Development

The main directions of R&D

  1. Cultivation of bacteria, fungi, bacteriophages, food ingredients based on their processing;

  2. Production of enzymes: amylases, pectidases and other enzymes for food biotechnology, production of gum and polysaccharides;

  3. Production of essential amino acids (methionine, lysine, tryptophan) for animal feed and aquaculture;

  4. Veterinary diagnostic preparations: ELISA test systems for differential diagnosis of respiratory infections in cattle;

  5. Development of diagnostic kits (including express-diagnostics) by PCR and real-time PCR, ELISA and ELISA;

  6. Development of regulatory and technical documentation for the developed pilot and industrial regulations;

  7. Development of laboratory and pilot regulations.

Education

  • It is expected that the pilot plant equipment will be used for student training and professional development. Students will receive professional training in the field of biotechnology industry.

  • The acquired knowledge will be in demand at all enterprises of biotechnological orientation, as well as food and pharmaceutical industries.

  • In the process of training future specialists will be able to get acquainted not only with laboratory practices accepted in biotechnology companies, but also be trained in preparation, maintenance, compilation of standard technological procedures on industrial equipment.
