Manufacturing & QA

  • Technology approbation and development of experimental batches.

  • Creation and implementation of the obtained technologies at large industrial enterprises.

The laboratory-pilot site was created to develop, adapt, scale up, and test technological solutions designed to produce biotechnological products, as well as to produce pilot batches of finished forms.

The main objectives of this center are:

  1. Testing of laboratory regulations and developments in order to assess profitability.

  2. Adaptation and scaling of laboratory regulations in order to obtain industrial regulations.

  3. Development of pilot batches of finished products for testing in model and full-scale experiments.

  4. Training of specialists to work with modern biotechnology equipment.

  5. Cooperation with leading universities and advanced training (PFUR, MSU, MSU, etc.). Training in the basics of biotechnological processes for a wide range of practitioners who will implement and use biopreparations.

  6. Testing of the obtained products with the preparation of methodological recommendations for use in agriculture.

The company produces:

  • capsule form (packaging plastic jar, blister)

  • tablet form (plastic jar packaging, blister)
